The Area

We are just north of Lincoln on the A15 at the junction with the A631, at Caenby Corner roundabout, with easy access to historic Lincoln City, the Wolds, the Lincolnshire Coast and the Humber Bridge. Nearby activities are Skydiving, Off Road 4×4, and Go Karting to name a few. Local points of interest include the cathedral, castle and uptown area of the city, and the county showground.

Rooms: Our private en-suite rooms are similar to a hotel. They have a large bathroom and spacious shower.
We also provide tea/coffee etc for your comfort. Please contact us to discuss any other needs you may have.
You will have a separate room with private access from the car park, with safe off street parking outside the room. Your bathroom is also private and connected to your bedroom, with independent heating.
Countryside Cottage: Our Cottage is in a lovely safe rural town with friendly neighbors. Fully furnished and ready to relax in, or use as a base to explore from. You will have full use of the cottage and gardens.
Free, uncrowded on-street or driveway parking is provided.
We are close to Lincoln City, ideal for the Cathedral, Castle & Christmas Market, the County Showground and Hemswell Antiques, which is one of the largest antiques centres in Europe. We are close to The White Heather & Hemswell Court, catering for weddings, parties and corporate functions. There is a shop and starbuck across the road for essentials in our guest rooms. For the Cottage, whole host of amenities including shops and parks etc, are only a short walk away.
